Our mission is to provide employment and training opportunities to non-professional athletes aspiring for the Olympics while giving back to the community that they live, train, and work in.
Work to Train USA was originally established in 2009 as a non-profit corporation organized under the laws of the State of Delaware to engage exclusively in activities as may qualify it for exemption from federal income tax under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, including to foster national or international amateur sports competition, to conduct national or international competition in sports or to support and develop amateur athletes for national or international competition in sports within the meaning of section 501(j) of the Code as a "Qualified Amateur Sports Organization" and to engage in sport-related charitable activities, including, without limitation, providing mentorship to children and youth in sports.
IRS approval of Work to Train USA's Section 501(c)(3) and Section 501(j) status was approved in 2009 but has since expired.
We have re-incorporated as a specialized staffing company keeping with our original mission statement. We are dedicated specifically to providing employment to high-level non-professional athletes, in turn staffing corporations with the world's most dedicated athletes.
